The Chicago Half Marathon & Karhu 5K occurs on June 9, 2012 from 7:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. The race begins and ends at the Historic South Shore Cultural Center (SSCC) on Chicago’s south side and runs past many Chicago attractions, including Jackson Park, the Osaka Japanese Garden and the Museum of Science and Industry.  This course is 13.1 miles of the perfect Windy City experience.

Registration Fee is $75 for Half Marathon and $30 for Karhu 5K and includes: Finisher Medal, Blues Band Entertainment along course, Chiros Care Running Team Shirt and Post Race Party. Minimum Donation Commitment: $75 (Half Marathon); $30 (Karhu 5K) in addition to registration fee.

Chiros Care Gives Back to the Less Fortunate

Chiros Care recently teamed together with ChiroMission, bringing a team of Chiro One Wellness Centers' Doctors and volunteers to the Dominican Republic and Haitian Villages from September 28th thru October 2nd. ChiroMission is an organization dedicated to changing the World through chiropractic. It sends Chiropractors and volunteers to 3rd world countries to serve thousands of impoverished people in need.

Today ChiroMission is building an orphanage that will shelter, feed, clothe and educate up to 100 homeless children in the Dominican Republic. Together we can change these children's lives! For more information about ChiroMission, visit http://www.chiromission.org.
